Sleepless nights can be overwhelming and lonely. Anxiety, repetitive thoughts, feelings of regret or shame, replaying conversations and catastrophizing outcomes are all common forms of mental overactivity that keep us awake in spite of physical tiredness. The more you will yourself to sleep, the louder the thoughts become.
Our specialized support is dedicated to helping individuals overcome insomnia through compassionate and effective conversation. We offer appointments during nighttime hours only, providing support exactly when you need it most. We are here to guide you through personalized strategies and techniques to achieve restful sleep and improve your overall well-being.
Each 30 minute session is designed to help you offload negative thoughts and gain perspective so that you can achieve the peace and restfulness, both mentally and physically, that you deserve.

We are only available during the hours you need us most, therefore, booking is only available “at the moment”. Available hours are based on Eastern Standard Time nightly from midnight to 4am, on a need-based, first-come, first-serve basis. Appointment slots open one hour prior.

Each team member brings a background in wellness and emotional support and is deeply committed to helping you feel grounded, heard, and at ease.
This is a non-clinical service rooted in empathy, presence and proven strategies for relaxation, emotional processing and gently guidance, all with clear, respectful boundaries.
